Appearing regularly before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board on behalf of injured workers, selected employers and insurance carriers in matters involving workers’ compensation, short- and long-term disability, negligence and insurance matters.
Defending individuals and companies in criminal and traffic matters before State and Local Criminal Courts.
Joined Meggesto, Crossett & Valerino, LLP in July 2005 after a decade and a half of practicing in the legal field while working for private firms, as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Syracuse, and for the Legal Aid Society’s Criminal Defense Division.
