William Crossett has been practicing law since 1982 and is the current Secretary for the Workers' Compensation Committee of Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. He is currently active with the Injured Worker's Bar Association of New York and has written and participated with the Onondaga County Medical Society in joint attorney doctor seminars.

Gary Valerino has been practicing law since 1989 and has been with Meggesto, Crossett & Valerino, LLP his entire career. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP). He is also an approved subrogation counsel for many of the major insurance companies.

Kimberly Slimbaugh has been practicing law since 1992 and is a current partner at Meggesto, Crossett & Valerino, LLP. In addition to the New York State Bar, she was admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar as well in 1992. She is a current member of the National Association of Social Security Representatives and regularly attends its National Conferences.

Edwina Schleider was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1979 and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York in that same year. She is a legislative committee member of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors. She represents buyer, sellers, commercial and residential developers in multifaceted aspects of residential and commercial real estate.

Deborah Bellomo was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1990 and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York in 2001. She is a member of the St. Lawrence County Bar Association, the Syracuse Bar Association and Lawyer Referral Organization, and Law Guardian of the St. Lawrence Panel. She was also a legal instructor at Corning Community College in Corning, New York.

As part of our mission to offer our clients quality legal service we are participating members of two legal plans, Signature Legal Care and ARAG. If you are a participant through your employer with either of these plans our office will be happy to meet with you to discuss your legal needs.
Our staff of attorneys are prepared to offer legal services in a number of areas that are covered under your plan. You may obtain a list of covered services from you plan administrator. If you seek our a assistance for a legal problem that is covered under the plan you must notify us of your membership with the plan and bring a signed claim form with you when you come in for a consultation.
It is our goal as attorney plan members to offer you quality legal assistance in conjunction with working with your plan administrator to keep the cost of our services within the fees designated by your plan.
